Tenant Placement and Leasing 

The Tenant Placement and Leasing fee typically covers the costs of finding quality residents, screening them, and creating the lease. Property management companies, full-service real estate companies, and independent real estate agents or realtors charge a standard fee for this service equivalent to one full month’s rent.

Our tenant placement process begins by completing a detailed analysis of your property which we use to determine the maximum market rental rate for your home. Next, we will assist with making sure your property is move-in ready (if necessary), take professional photographs, advertise your property, answer calls and answer resident inquiries, show your property to interested prospects, qualify applicants, draft a lease, set expectations for the residents, and complete the move-in documentation.

If you have tenants that are not placed through us, find your own tenants, or hire your own outside agent to place a tenant and want us to take over with a lease already in place, there is no placement fee. For the tenants placed not through RPM Engage and gone through our tenant screening process, some additional optional services will not be available.

If you are not satisfied with your local Real Property Management franchise’s performance of management duties as set forth in your Management Agreement, contact us in writing within the first 60 days of the term of the Management Agreement, and we will make it right to the extent we deem necessary to remedy the issue, or we will waive all future management fees and terminate the Management Agreement without penalty.

Periodic Property Evaluation   
RPM Engage offers property owners a comprehensive report, including pictures detailing the interior and exterior of the property, to ensure the tenant is complying with the lease and maintaining the home. The Property Evaluation report provides valuable input in determining the desirability of renewing the lease with the current tenant.
